Save Atlanta Music Studios!

Hey everyone!!

The Atlanta City Council is considering a harmful new city ordinance that would cripple the city’s thriving music economy. We need you to act TODAY to tell the city council to reject this misguided proposal.

On Tuesday, January 17, the Atlanta City Council will vote on zoning ordinance Z-16-069. Introduced by Councilwoman Felicia Moore, this ordinance would require recording studios in the city to get a special use permit to operate and impose costly and unrealistic burdens on studio owners.

If adopted, this ordinance would have a chilling effect on the music industry in Atlanta and send a clear message to recording artists, producers, and studio professionals: Atlanta is closed for business.

We can’t let that happen. Send a letter to the Atlanta City Council today and urge them to vote “NO” on this proposal.

With your help, we can protect Atlanta music!
