She’s an alumna of HBCU Texas Southern University, obtained her certification in Copyright Law from Harvard Law School, and is also a graduate of Goldman Sachs’s Entrepreneur program.
She is the Vice President and voting member of the Recording Academy – Atlanta Chapter and advocated for the passing of the Music Modernization Act which ensures digital music providers pay royalties to rights holders for the streaming and distribution of musical works.
