As you may have read, the US Court of Appeals ruled in ASCAP’s appeal of the Pandora rate court decision, affirming Judge Cote’s original ruling on both partial withdrawals and the Pandora rate.

On May 13th, we hosted ASCAP Songwriter Advocacy Day in Washington, DC. A group of of top songwriters, ASCAP Board members and others walked the halls of Congress to urge policymakers to support songwriters
