11 Nov Placement News: Tami LaTrell Co-Pens “Want You Back” For Power TV Star Rotimi [LISTEN]
I recently had one of my songs released by the actor/singer Rotimi who plays “Dre” on POWER on his project called ‘Royal Wednesday‘.
He is now being endorsed by 50 Cent and with the success of Power, I’m excited to see whats next for this kid.
Rotimi, myself and producer Marquis Rachad wrote #7 on the project called ‘Want You Back’ which is about a guy living the life of money and fame who breaks up with his girl because she is pressuring him to leave the fast life and be committed to her. After seeing her in the club looking good as hell, he realizes he may have made a mistake and that she might be worth the sacrifice after all.
